CONNECT

To connect the powerbank to your device, simply grab the powerbank from the station and plug the appropriate built-in cable into your phone or device.

The powerbank is equipped with three cable options: Lightning (for iPhones), USB-C (for Androids and newer devices), and Micro-USB (for older devices). Once plugged in, your device will begin charging automatically—no need for extra adapters or cables.

RETURN

To return the powerbank, simply plug it back into any available slot in the Juicebox station. The station will automatically detect the return and release your safety deposit back to your card.

There's no need for additional steps—once the powerbank is securely placed in the station, the system will confirm the return, and your deposit will be refunded instantly. It's quick, easy, and ensures that you only pay for the time you used the powerbank, making the whole process hassle-free!
